These terms govern your use of Ilè Àjo and participation in contribution circles.

Circle participation

By joining a circle you agree to contribute on schedule and accept the payout order defined by the group. Admins manage rounds but cannot access your bank credentials.

Payments & mandates

You authorize direct debits when activating a mandate. Failed debits must be resolved within the grace window stated in your circle agreement.

Payouts

Payouts are sent to your verified linked bank account. Identity verification is required before receiving funds.

Disputes

Report payout delays or failed debits through Help & support. Disputes are reviewed against mandate records and escrow transaction logs.

Account closure

You may request account deletion from Privacy & security. Active circles and outstanding obligations must be settled first.
